May 29, 2013 · The GC column was an HP-1 capillary column (Aijiren Technologies 15 m, 0.25 mm diameter, 0.25 µm film thickness) with helium as the carrier gas. The GC oven was programmed to an initial temperature of 50°C, ramped 15°C/min until it reached 250°C and held for 2 min. An Aijiren 5973 MSD was used for the selective ion monitoring.
